Wholesale Policies

1. Account Requirements

a. Must operate a physical retail store (brick-and-mortar location) with regular business hours. 

b. Initial opening stock order of £4,000.00 GBP (delivered within 15 working days from order placement and payment). 

c. Minimum order value of £300.00 GBP for subsequent purchases.

d. Maintain an annual turnover of £15,000.00 GBP to retain an active wholesale account. 

2. Pricing and Online Sales 

a. Retailers must advertise and sell STING products at the recommended retail price (RRP). b. Online listings must only feature stock that has been purchased from STING Sports UK. c. STING reserves the right to review and adjust pricing structures as necessary. 


3. Ordering and Payment

a. Orders must be paid in full before goods are dispatched.

b. STING does not offer credit terms within the first 12 months of trading.

c. Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability. 


4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Standard delivery time for in-stock items is 24 to 48 hours within the UK. 

b. If shipping details provided are incorrect, the retailer is responsible for any necessary rectifications with the carrier. 


5. Receiving and Inspecting Orders

a. Upon delivery, retailers must inspect all items against the delivery slip. 

b. If any items are missing or incorrect, contact STING Sports UK within 48 hours of receipt with order details and photographic evidence. 

c. Damaged goods must be reported immediately, and we will assess whether a replacement or refund is applicable. 


6. Returns and Exchanges

a. Wholesale accounts are not eligible for exchanges or refunds due to incorrect size, colour, or 

quantity ordered. 

b. In cases of faulty or defective items, claims must be submitted within six months of purchase with supporting images. 

c. STING reserves the right to assess and determine faults based on standard product use and care guidelines. 


7. Warranty Policy

a. STING warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the purchase date, provided they have not been subjected to abuse, neglect, or misuse. 

b. Claims must include an order number, description of the issue, and photographic evidence. 

c. Approved warranty claims will be replaced with an equivalent product, subject to stock availability. 

8. Product Care & Maintenance 

a. Clean products with a damp cloth using a pH-neutral solution. 

b. Allow equipment to air dry thoroughly after use and store in a cool, dry location. 

c. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and moisture.
